First City Realty was established in 1998 by Julian Hasemer, the office is conveniently located in Transvaal Ave Double Bay. This central location enables us to stay in daily touch with the local community, it's people, it's properties and issues. Essentially we know the Eastern Suburbs inside out.
We have purposely maintained a boutique-size agency, as we believe this provides the optimal level of personal and tailored servicing required to make a real difference in this business.
Our people include property specialists who provide a full complement of property services. This includes residential sales, project marketing and development site sales.
