Ardsley Park and the “Midtown” neighborhoods of Parkside and Ridgewood represent some of the more affluent suburbs to the south of downtown Savannah.  Roughly bracketed by Victory Drive to the North and Derenne Avenue to the South, this area is convenient to 2 hospitals,  great public schools (Savannah Arts Academy, Charles Ellis Montessori, and more), Daffin Park, grocery stores and shopping.
